Easy and colorful no-bake Easter cookies.
7 ounces Marshmallow Creme
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter or margarine; melted
5 ounces chow mein noodles
1 cup M&M Plain Candies; chopped
jelly beans
Stir together marshmallow creme, peanut butter, and butter or margarine. Add chow mein noodles and chopped M&M's; mix well. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet. Shape into nests. Tip: grease your fingers to handle the cookies without sticking). Let stand until firm. Place jelly beans inside nests.

Are you kidding? These are FANTASTIC and so much fun. I make them every year and I have never seen this recipe anywhere for years, luckily I held on to it.
