It looks to me like the recipe has a mistake in it. Probably the evaporated milk should really have said CONDENSED MILK. five stars

Well, I completed the recipe and I will not be baking the second batch. Getting them out of the pan was a nightmare. And they tasted awful. I think I need to find another recipe website if you allow recipes like this to remain. And I'm sorry if I offended the author of this recipe. But, A complete waste of money and time !! I was able to find another recipe to make other cookies. These were just inedible and an embarrassment to bring anywhere. one star

This looked like such an easy recipe. Unless you have a food processor to crumble the graham crackers don't make them. It will reek havoc if you have arthritis or carpal tunnel. Also, the chocolate chips, semi-sweet ? or milk chocolate ? I used semi-sweet ~ what a mistake !!!!! I wanted to drizzle the chocolate, not spread it in clumps. They never really melted. I only said I would make them again because I need 2 batches of something baked for tomorrow. I only hope they taste reasonably ok. two stars
