Peanut Butter Balls

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup orange blossom honey
1/2 cup date sugar
1 cup rice cereal
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Mix together peanut butter, date sugar and honey. Fold in rice cereal. Form into walnut size balls and roll in shredded coconut to coat. Chill and eat. Makes about 2 dozen.

I tried these because they were so much different then mine. I make mine with peanut butter, 1/2 cup of corn syrup and rice krispies. These have been made in my house since I was a little girl. They are much simpler and you normally have these item in the house. three stars

they where pretty good i mean i tasted better. i sugest less honey. this is the first time and carrie your peanut butter balls are difinitly in my recipey box. but on the recipe for my box i wrote to put in less honey. thankz four stars

I really enjoyed these cookies, and they were really easy to make too! All my friends came back asking for more.I give this recipe 5 stars. I absolutely loved them. Also if you add some nuts or something it gives it a scrumptious crunch. They're positively wonderful!!! five stars
